In his video installation &#8222;Orbital no.2: Berlin&#8220;, the British artist Simon Faithfull, who lives in Berlin, combines three concentric journeys around this city into a single dizzying video mandala.One full circuit of Berlin&#8217;s ring motorway the &#8218;A10&#8216; (seen from a speeding motorbike) is combined with a loop of Berlin&#8217;s &#8218;Ring-Bahn&#8216; (shot from the cab of a train), and in the centre one circuit of the revolving restaurant at the top of Berlin&#8217;s TV Tower, which can be seen for real&nbsp; around the corner of the Berlin-Weekly.&nbsp;The artist has mounted the 3 videos, which are recorded in real time from the viewpoint of the traveller, as ellipses within each other, and projected them at a small distance behind the window in the shape of an eye.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>deutsch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berlin ist fl\u00e4chem\u00e4\u00dfig die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Stadt der Europ\u00e4ischen Union . Eine vollst\u00e4ndige Umrundung de Berliner Ringautobahn A10 (aus der Sicht eines rasenden Motorrads) wird mit einer Schleife der Berliner Ringbahn (aus dem F\u00fchrerstand eines Zuges) kombiniert, und in der Mitte eine Runde durch das Drehrestaurant auf der Spitze des Berliner Fernsehturms, der um die Ecke des Berlin-Weekly Schaufensters real zu sehen ist.
