During the month of November Berlin based landscape architect and artist Ute Brönner is presenting this theme inside the gallery space. She creates a Flower Bed, a typical part of the representative gardens throughout European garden history, for the specific site of the gallery. As material she is using red cabbage: organic, ornamental and yet no longer connected to the vital life forces. Standing in front of the gallery might feel like standing inside a building rather than outside, overlooking the garden from the window of a dining room.

ngg_shortcode_0_placeholder

„Vanishing Beauty“ von Ute Brönner www.utebroenner.de – Although we want it to last forever, we know it never will. – Gärten sind Sinnbilder von Werden und Vergehen.
